The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is to conduct the Common Written Examination CWE for recruitment in clerical cadre in 19 public sector banks in India which will be held twice in a year for recruitment of the candidates for the vacancies available for various post.

The candidates can apply for the Clerk Common Written Examination November 2011 online using the application registration form which is made available online at the official website of IBPS till 24th September 2011.
The minimum age for the candidates is of 18 years of Age as on 1st August 2011 and the Maximum age of the candidates should not exceed 28 Years of Age which is applicable to General Category candidates.
The Common Written Examination pattern contains Reasoning, English, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge with overall 250 questions and the examination will conducted for 150 minutes.
Interested candidates before applying online should scan their photograph and signature and also the application fee or the intimation charges remittance should be done before applying for the examination.The last date of the Payment of Application Fees or the Intimation Charges will be on or before 23rd September 2011.
The Application Fees or the Intimation Charges for applying the IBPS CWE is mentioned as 50 rupees for SC, ST, PWD and EXSM candidates and for all other candidates the application fees will cost 350 rupees.
The IBPS CWE 2011 Common Written Examination for the post of Clerk is expected to be conducted on 27th November 2011 and the candidates those who have applied for the IBPS CWE 2011 can download the call letter after 11th November 2011.
